THE ROLE Job Overview: Responsibilities are to be accountable for the overall implementation of the Customer Care Experience with the Woodside Customer. Responsible for scheduling subcontractors to make corrections and supervising work of subcontractors. Verifies work progress and completion of assigned vendor tasks. Responsible for following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction of warranty preservations. Assigns accountability for expenses/back charges as based on detailed inspection of work and compliance with Woodside policies and procedures. Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of five years of customer service or construction experience. Superior verbal communication skills. Highly adaptable and extremely quick thinking on their feet. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong ability to multi-task.
