Responsible for performing the appropriate processes to verify patient eligibility, coordinate benefits, ensure insurance coverage, and determine if prior authorization is needed for said order. POSTITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Technical Service Representative who is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer support through the technical support telephone hotline.
