Position Summary

Project/Position Overview:
This project will rehabilitate the 45-year-old El Portal wastewater treatment facility (WWTF), the largest in the NPS, and the sole wastewater treatment service for the Yosemite Valley, El Portal, and adjacent communities. The existing facility features an undersized two-story arrangement with limited access points and failing systems. It is not feasible to modify the existing plant to accommodate required improvements to lab and office space, make room for more effective treatment process infrastructure, or provide adequate space for system operation and maintenance activities. Replacement components are difficult to procure or are no longer manufactured due to the age of the existing plant, resulting in the need to fully replace the electrical service, switchgear, motor control center, and distribution systems.
This project will also rehabilitate the former El Portal Trailer Village (Administrative Camp) to be used as RV sites for construction workforce housing and a contractor staging area. NPS plans to rehabilitate or replace infrastructure and utility systems to support the RV sites. NPS will implement its best practices for RV-based campground design to arrange the RV sites to improve natural and cultural resource protection
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction.
Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications
Arrange, attend and facilitate a variety of meetings, including weekly meetings at the project site.
Document issues encountered and problems experienced with the construction contractor.
Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.
Draft project related correspondence for NPS to review.
Understand and document inspections during and post construction as well as mock-up inspections
Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards
Deliver reports, reviews, evaluations, design work, etc. to CO.
Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution, draft response, tracking, and follow up.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

The Sales Development Representatives focus will be to generate as many qualified appointments as possible by engaging prospects via phone (outbound calling) and creating positive relationships on behalf of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Successfully completing ticket sales from potential and reoccurring clients via telephone and email.
Achieving predetermined quarterly and annual goals within the Sales Development Representatives location.
Utilizing potential client listings and repeat bookings via phone or email to obtain or researching local communities to find additional potential clients.
Call expected number of potential prospects (via cold or warm calling) and create an interest in our services based on the businesss needs according to metrics provided.
Understand prospects needs, determines the appropriate course of action to meet those needs, and completes or initiates the transaction.
Execute booking from first initial call to competition of sale. Bookings may require additional follow up with client to solidify sale.
Uphold the proper phone and email etiquette to conduct business on behalf of Boomers Parks brand. Be able to meet prospects needs.
Combine the knowledge of the product, proper work ethic, effective time management skills, and human relations skills to meet performance standards and positively influence the clients image.

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Patient Access Coordinator who:
The Patient Access Coordinator (PAC) is part of Clinica Sierra Vista’s Eligibility and Enrollment Team. The PAC will ensure that all patients receive adequate support and guidance in obtaining healthcare coverage. The PAC will provide an array of program related enrollment services, as well as, conduct community outreach activities. The PAC is under the leadership of the Program Supervisor.
Essential Functions:
Assist, support, and screen patients for any of the following programs or services: Medi-Cal (new and renewals), Covered CA, Sliding Fee, Cal-Fresh, Homeless Status, Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program, Every Women Counts and Transportation needs.
Schedule and meet one-on-one with patients to assist them in enrolling and obtaining the medical care and treatment needed.
Assists patients with no income or proof of income with the completion of Self Declaration forms.
Provide superior customer service to patients and team members with an attitude of helpfulness, dignity and respect.
Present all patients on the Sliding Fee Program with an annual Assurance Card and provide education and information on the healthcare benefits the patient has to the right to.
Coordinate and/or conduct community outreach activities as directed.
Provide input to Supervisor regarding site related issues and suggestions for improvement.
Assist with collection of data for program and site audits.
Document all notes and encounters in Clinica’s EMR.
