Who You Are: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred. 5+ years order fulfilment/customer service representative, and/or sales operations experience in a technical, manufacturing environment. Experience working with sales representatives in a high-volume product environment. SAP is a plus. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
