This position offers a consistent schedule with no on-call duties or late-night hours, giving you the balance you deserve to spend time with family, friends, hobbies, and personal interests. It's the ideal opportunity for someone seeking the stability of full-time work without the stress of private practice or a large hospital system-just the chance to do what you love in a supportive, balanced environment.
Sonoma State University (SSU) is seeking a skilled MedicalAssistant to join our team at the Student Health Center (SHC) as we continue to develop and reinforce our culture of excellence. If you are looking for a fulfilling career with outstanding benefits, we encourage you to apply.

As a MedicalAssistant at Sonoma State University's Student Health Center (SHC), you'll be a vital member of a close-knit, skilled, and collaborative medical team that values excellence, dependability, empathy, inclusion, teamwork, and overall well-being. Reporting to the Associate Director of the SHC and the Lead Physician, and working under the supervision of licensed clinicians, you will provide both clinical and administrative support that enhances the health and success of our students. Most of your time will be spent delivering direct patient care while also contributing to front-office functions such as patient reception and scheduling.
