Job Summary:
We are seeking a Compliance Associate to support our NERC compliance program for a renewable power generation company. This role ensures adherence to NERC Reliability Standards and internal control frameworks while contributing to the integrity and reliability of our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance audits, reporting, and technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, including solar PV and battery storage.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Program Support
Monitor and maintain compliance with NERC Reliability Standards across all applicable functions.

Technical Expertise

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Compliance, or related field.

**About the role**
The Sr. Traveling Wellfield Technician is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, installation, and performance of the assigned landfill gas collection and control systems. Travel will be required primarily to locations in Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Kansas City. locations will vary, and the candidate must be willing to travel to sites across the U.S. as needed. Travel is 75 percent or greater.
**Key accountabilities**
+ Responsible for the operation and trouble-shooting of the wellfield and control devices in safe, efficient, and productive manner to maintain compliance with the site-specific Title V Operating Permit, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and prescribed safety and environmental standards and applicable state, federal and local rules and regulations.
+ Maintains daily logs and obtains readings in accordance with prescribed standards.
+ Follows all plant and landfill safety policies and procedures. Uses personal protective equipment (hardhat, FR clothing, safety shoes, safety vest, hearing protection, gas monitoring equipment, safety glasses, etc.) in accordance with work tasks and company policies.
+ Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Maintains a clean workspace and environment in the plant and office areas, grounds, and on the landfill.
+ Writes routine reports and correspondence.
+ Performs tuning and adjustment of the wellfield collection system to ensure compliance, maximize gas collection, and minimize air intrusion, storing data as required.
+ Maintains wellfield database and associated logs to meet regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
+ Performs and documents wellhead repairs, adjustments, and readings; coordinates, communicates, and verifies corrective actions in order to maintain continuous compliance.
+ Observes applicable safety and environmental regulations while performing assigned tasks; performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Assists supervisory staff with operational planning of construction projects and gas collection field expansions.
+ Ensures project compliance with government rules, regulations, the site-specific Title V Permit and NSPS guidelines.
+ Responds to callouts in a timely manner and works overtime as required.
+ Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of facility vehicles and equipment.
+ Ensures all analytical equipment calibrations and recordkeeping are current.
+ Acquires knowledge of all gas collection equipment.
+ Performs analytical tests and documents as required, example: Calibration of data collection and gas analysis instruments.

Implementation of company contractual clauses, policies, procedures, and other commitments for renewable energy projects during construction and operations
Review and assess the implementation of emergency action plans (EAPs), vegetation management plans (VMPs), spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, waste management plans and other site-specific items.
Participates and/or leads in HSE related discussions at site toolbox talks, contractor and RRNA staff meetings.
Organize and deliver various safety and environmental training.
Coordinate with RRNA construction and operations teams, and contractors to enhance their HSE competency and performance.
Perform regular site assessments and inspections on project sites to verify compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, permits and the contractor HSE management plan.
Coordinate and assist RRNA site management with incident investigations to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions and share lessons learned.
Submittal of various HSE reports and records on as required by the company, permitting agencies, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and carry out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations.
Perform HSE tasks or other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
Working knowledge of Federal OSHA, EPA, and various State regulatory requirements.
Strong knowledge of renewable power generation and operational HSE standards.
Experience with developing and implementing EAPs, SPCC plans, sustainability, and waste management documentation.
Experience conducting health & safety field work, including site assessments, hazard analysis, inspections, and monitoring.

Sr. Procurement Contract Manager will provide support to the EPC/ BOP Procurement department and will draft, develop, review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including exhibits. Main accountabilities:

Minimum qualifications:

7+ years of proven track record negotiating complex EPC contracts for large - scale projects within the energy industry, with a strong understanding of contracting processes and contracts negotiation.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Quality lead, the Assistant Electrical Quality Inspector is responsible for assisting the Electrical Quality Inspector with the quality control management and Electrical works acceptance of large scale, solar and battery storage projects. Job Summary:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the early-stage planning and coordination of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, procurement, and finance, you will ensure that all preconstruction activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to Repsol's renewable energy growth strategy while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of preconstruction plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation for utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, development, procurement, interconnection, and finance) to define project scopes and ensure strategic alignment.
Support permitting processes and provide technical input for land leases, AHJ agreements, and Road Use Agreements.
Assist with site layout development and conduct constructability reviews in coordination with engineering.
Review and validate engineering drawings and structural diagrams; ensure accuracy of “as-built” documentation.
Manage delivery schedules for key equipment (e.g., MPTs, HVCBs) and support transmission team with interconnection agreements.
Prepare and manage RFPs for execution teams and specialty services (e.g., geotechnical, topographic, ALTA surveys).
Support contract and exhibit development for BOP, EPC, MSA, and TSA agreements.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain project risk registers and support contingency planning.
Generate and track task orders, AFEs, and purchase orders; maintain spend curves and budget dashboards.
Conduct technical reviews to identify issues, opportunities, and value engineering options.
Present progress reports and updates to leadership and cross-functional teams using internal tools
Contribute to feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects in collaboration with business development and M&A teams.
Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S for any employer.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. (Electrical, Mechanical, or civil preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support the design and execution of utility scale PV Solar, BESS, and Wind projects. The right candidate must be competent to carry out, review, and analyze complex technical studies and project scopes, along with the ability to develop and review technical specifications, drawings and standards. This position will work closely with other engineers in the office and throughout the organization in the successful delivery of the projects.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with GIS and CAD professionals to prepare maps, drawings, and other details.
Oversee engineering teams in the preparation of feasibility studies, technical drawings and engineering reports.
Coordinate with project managers, other engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks.
Lead the quality control of civil works (roads, grading, utility placement, etc.), ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Conduct site inspections and audits as necessary.
Review existing and develop new internal standards for incorporation into project delivery.
Attend in-person, field, and online meetings with contractors to provide support and engineering guidance advancing design efforts.
Evaluate site development designs for cost-saving opportunities and consistencies in design.
Conduct constructability reviews.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and reports. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with industry standards.
Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multidisciplinary global project teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including PV, BESS, and Wind.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one state in the USA.
Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D and PVcase. Focus on site plan layout, geometric design of access roads and driveways, grading, drainage, and coordination with other disciplines.
Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Ability to multi-task and function while working in either a team or individual environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a strong ability to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently.
Must possess strong technical verbal and technical writing skills and be able to read and interpret technical literature and engineering plans.
Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to apply professional knowledge to the solution of both routine and non-routine tasks and engineering activities.
