Catharine Ellingsen is an EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Republic Services and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked as Attorney at Steptoe & Johnson; Associate General Counsel, Director of Legal at Allied Waste Industries; and Attorney at Bryan Cave. Catharine studied at American University Washington College of Law between 1989 and 1992 and Wheaton College between 1982 and 1986.

Brian DelGhiaccio is EVP, Chief Financial Officer. Brian is responsible for maximizing shareholder value by driving long-term growth and efficiently allocating capital, managing our enterprise risk and enhancing our internal control environment.

Brian oversees Financial Analysis & Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Internal Audit and Tax.

Since joining the Company in 1998, Brian has held roles of increasing responsibility across the Financial Analysis & Planning, Investor Relations, Treasury and Finance organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Arizona and is a certified public accountant.

Tim Stuart is Chief Operating Officer of Republic Services, Inc. He is responsible for operationalizing the Company’s strategy and executing its business plan across field operations. He also has functional responsibility for all operational support departments, including safety, engineering, environmental compliance and fleet management, which includes the seventh largest vocational truck fleet in the country.

Jeff Hughes is an EVP & Chief Administrative Officer at Republic Services and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has worked as Senior Vice President, Eastern Region at Allied Waste. Jeff attended Ripon College between 1976 and 1979.
