Fees like the company is more reactive than proactive. Management is not the best. Fleet brakes down very often. But above all lowest pay rate in the area!!!

Not much, to be honest don’t even know the CEO and management has less to be desired.

First and most important raise the salary to equal the competition’s salary in the area. Improve the fleet that serves the customers. Change management.

Monetarily very low . Good workers and should be payed as so. Good working environment it’s really a shame that other local companies appreciate the value of there employees.

I feel it is a good culture however they are on edge of not being payed well enough. But to be honest really good workers overall and for most of them work well together

The end goal looking back at the end result and knowing my community I’m working is clean and customers are proud we care .

They don't communicate very well and follow through isn't consistent, the people in charge do not make you feel comfortable asking questions to do the best you can at the job

I was able to operate every equipment and be alone to accomplish a task by myself.
