The Engineer II works with minimal supervision, applying technical knowledge to maintain facility equipment and resolve operational issues in compliance with established safety and quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs intermediate-level maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout the property. Inspects buildings and equipment to ensure proper functionality across all departments. Performs structural repairs on both interior and exterior building components. Performs carpentry repairs and fabrication; welds and repairs railings; primes and paints building interiors, exteriors, signage, and related surfaces.
