Responsibilities * Maintains and repairs heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to ensure consistent and reliable environmental control. * Services and troubleshoots refrigeration systems and related accessories. * Repairs and calibrates pneumatic and electronic equipment and temperature control systems. * Maintains and tests emergency electrical systems to ensure readiness during power outages. * Installs, maintains, and repairs locks and door hardware. * Performs routine and emergency maintenance on electrical systems throughout the facility. * Tests, inspects, and repairs fire safety equipment, including alarms and sprinkler systems. * Maintains and services patient care equipment to support safe and effective clinical operations. * Conducts day-to-day running repairs to support the continuous and safe operation of hospital services. Qualifications Education: * High School diploma or equivalent. * Completed courses in apprenticeship program for journeyman engineer. Experience: * Four years minimum experience. * Knowledge of heating cooling and ventilation. Licensure * Current valid applicable state driver's license and a driving record that meets insurance carrier requirements. Pay Range USD $47.13 - USD $47.13 /Hr. Connoisseur Media is looking for an Engineer for the Portland Market. The ideal candidate must have a broad and deep knowledge of radio broadcasting technical systems and equipment to ensure reliable, high-quality audio transmission, and knowledge of FCC regulations. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, creates solutions, and is resourceful and diligent. The position requires an individual who can interact productively with vendors and non-technical co-workers. Responsibilities for this position include: * Compliance with FCC regulations and station policies regarding broadcasting standards. * Maintenance of safety protocols in all engineering practices. * Regular inspection and maintenance of broadcasting equipment, including transmitters, audio consoles, and studio gear. Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on all technical systems. * Monitoring of audio quality and signal strength during radio broadcasts and the ability to quickly troubleshoot as needed. * Under the direction of Corporate IT, complete all necessary procedures and paperwork relating to the market computer systems' needs. * Overseeing the installation of new equipment and technologies. Including the planning and implementation of upgrades to existing systems. * Clear, professional, and productive communication with employees who do not have technical nor programming backgrounds. * Development of clear instructions relating to simple tasks for non-technical employees to understand and perform. * Maintaining accurate equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and technical schematics. This includes the preparation of reports relating to technical issues and solutions as they arise. Requirements of this position include the following: * A minimum of one year of radio broadcasting engineering experience * Knowledge of FCC Regulations. * This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. * Available to travel to various market locations and tower sites.
