US Citizenship or Green Card Required Background We are seeking a talented Flutter Mobile Developer to join our in-house engineering team. Our organization manages a unique international dating platform that connects a global audience with a U.S.-based audience. The platform enables users to search for members, communicate through in-app letters, chat, photo albums, video messages, and video meetings. It also supports profile management, accounting, billing, and reporting functionalities. Additionally, the platform sends out a high volume of marketing and transactional emails to members. The development team supports this international dating platform and several related management systems. The team also develops a wide range of email capabilities to support user engagement and marketing initiatives. Our current solution includes older PHP-based code and multiple custom PHP frameworks, which are being progressively upgraded to PHP Symfony. We also maintain a mobile Android application built using Flutter as an additional client interface for our users. The app integrates with the main website through custom APIs, providing core platform functionality. While initial features are in place, we are actively working to expand and enhance the app to more closely align with the website's capabilities. In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative mobile development team. You will help maintain and improve the current mobile application, resolve bugs, and develop new features. The mobile app is currently published on the Google Play Store. In parallel, we are developing a new dating application from the ground up, focusing on API-first development. This new solution will feature a React-based user interface and a modernized technology stack. A brand-new mobile app will be built for both iOS and Android platforms as part of this initiative. Our team follows an Agile methodology with daily stand-ups, sprints, and sprint planning sessions. The group includes developers, a project manager, system administrators, and a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) team supporting the applications and infrastructure. The QA team performs testing and validation between the current site and mobile app, providing guidance on discrepancies and improvements. You will work closely with QA to debug, track, and resolve issues while ensuring consistency and reliability across features. Create dedication/qualification paperwork of commercially available components for safety related applications in nuclear utilities.
