Foster the growth of Junior software developers through mentorship Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . . Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one . Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent . 3+ years of experience working with Software Design and Development . Proficient in mathematics, Java, C++, and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) . Knowledge of modern software engineering practices . Ability to analyze requirements, generate a design, and produce efficient, robust, and testable software Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: . . Ability to design and build an intuitive User Interface (UI) using Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) patterns . Experience working on a highly networked application . Knowledge of tactical and simulation data links (specifically Link 16, JREAP, DIS, VMF, CMF and XML) . Experience with using Git version control and GitLab as software management tools . Experience with the following: o FORTRAN o TypeScript o React Native . Experience with automated unit testing practices, e.g., unit testing using JUnit testing framework . Experience developing, integrating, and developing ATAK/TAK-X plugins. .
