This role leads Assisted Living-anchored business development and growth strategy, including de novo expansion, strategic partnerships, and scalable revenue execution across Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (ALF), and Memory Care (MC) communities. Partners closely with Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Home Health leadership to ensure initiatives are profitable, executable, and aligned with enterprise strategy.
Responsibilities
* Own annual new account revenue target for Rehab In Motion within Senior Living Outpatient.
* Drive $6M+ in annual recognized revenue through new accounts wins.
* Lead ALF-focused business development strategy across priority markets.
* Identify, structure, and close large-scale regional and national senior living partnerships.
* Develop and execute operator-specific growth plans for ALF, IL, and MC partners.
* Lead negotiations with senior living operators to establish sustainable outpatient delivery models.
* Ensure disciplined pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and strong conversion performance.
* Maintain reporting cadence as evidenced by performance metrics.
* Partner with Operations for successful launch and stabilization of new outpatient sites.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (Healthcare, Business or related field).

Managing the product backlog, proactively raising issues and constantly conducting prioritization exercises based on changing business requirements within Jira.
Participate in the RFP process for tools, technologies, and support with DTE.
Provides Implementation support including validation of business requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Partner with Commercial Training and Change Management teams to ensure necessary supporting materials are provided and training content is consistent with system functionality.
Knowledge and Skills:

This is a field-based position. The territory is within California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana & Wyoming. Ideal candidate to live in San Diego or Los Angeles.

**Who You Are**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 3+ year's relevant sales or equivalent experience with demonstrated success
+ 1-2 years management or equivalent leadership experience with demonstrated strong competency and proven track record in sales management and leadership

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $142,200-$264,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role. Execute documentation preparation for 24/7 production environment. Manage lot & expiration form creation, administrative planning tasks, and outbound finished goods shipments. Identify potential process improvements to improve efficiency.
