The TA Manager will manage a team of talent sourcers and/or recruiters. Responsibilities * Manages a team of talent sourcers and/or recruiters in their execution of recruiting strategies and tactics, and supervises daily recruitment activities performed by their designated team * Educates and guides team members to help ensure team goals are met * Collaborates with leadership, HRBPs and Hiring Managers to identify staffing and recruiting needs * Leads sourcers and/or recruiters to create pipelines of candidates for critical skills by utilizing sourcing methodologies to identify, attract, and recruit quality talent * Ensures the recruitment process provides a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while accurately representing the company's employment brand * Develops relationships with leaders of referral sources including, but not limited to high schools, technical schools, colleges, universities, job training programs, workforce development and other community resources * Coordinates candidate sourcing using varied tools and technologies, including local outreach to community groups, events, and colleges/universities * Solicits candidate referrals from professional associations and internal employees * Drives usage of technology and recruitment marketing to engage active and passive candidates to find and identify qualified talent * Develops recommendations for new recruitment programs and tools to attract qualified candidates * Promotes the Company's commitment to diversity and inclusion by upholding the organization's mission and vision through networking with community agencies, professional associations, education, institutions, attending various events, job fairs, and other strategic initiatives * Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable company policies, procedures, and federal and state recruitment regulations such as OFCCP and EEOC * Work with the TA Director to create and build-out a high performing Nurse Recruitment team, establishing foundational processes, structure and talent needs * Partners closely with cross-functional leaders to align on strategies, share insights, and drive coordinated execution across multiple lines of business * Plays a critical role in launching the new structure as well as oversee its ongoing management including performance oversight, development and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Compelling and progressive work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or a Staffing Agency field * Proven effectiveness in leading and managing others, formally or informally * Familiarity working in a high-volume recruitment environment * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills * Up to 25% travel based on business needs (including overnight travel) About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care. Documentation & Coordination with Providers * Work directly with physician offices and healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation, including diagnostic reports, prescriptions, referral forms, plan of care statements, and medical necessity documents. * Request and track medical records or other required documentation on behalf of the family to prevent delays in assessment or treatment. * Ensure all documents meet payer-specific criteria and are uploaded correctly into the EHR. Insurance Verification & Authorization Support * Collect necessary insurance information from families and assist with insurance verification processes. * Work with the authorization team to ensure all eligibility checks and prior authorizations are completed. * Communicate authorization status and next steps to families and internal teams. Coordination With Clinical Teams * Collaborate with scheduling and clinical leadership to coordinate assessment appointments once the intake packet is complete. * Ensure clinicians have all required documentation prior to assessment. * Provide timely status updates to the clinical team regarding referral progression and potential barriers. Compliance & Quality Assurance * Ensure all intake steps follow payer, regulatory, and organizational guidelines. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and detailed notes within the EHR. * Protect confidential health information in compliance with HIPAA. Responsibilities * Works with RVP of Sales in evaluating and qualifying new business opportunities as to profitability and strategic impact on the pharmacy and the region in order to achieve annual revenue goal * Works with RVP of Sales in identifying business opportunities through sales calls, referrals, targeting reports and CRM and in communicating (verbally and in writing) with IDD agencies and behavioral health organizations to assess market needs * Works with RVP of Sales in finalizing contracting, coordinating startup of new account and transitioning account services to pharmacy operations, upon obtaining service commitment from client * Works with RVP of Sales to utilize marketing segmentation information in developing strategic territory plans and executes those plans to budget time effectively and target high potential prospective customers * Works with RVP of Sales ,local Pharmacy Director and Account Manager to maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing ongoing support and value to customers through products and services * Responsible for customizing IDD and BH presentations and proposals to meet the customers needs * Director of Business Development is responsible for attaining quarterly and annual total bed and revenue goals * Communicates with other pharmacy team members (Pharmacy Consultant, and pharmacy staff) to uncover leads and resolve customer service concerns * Completes sales, reporting, and contracting for new business and other administrative procedures as determined by the RVP of Sales in a timely and accurate manner * Successfully completes all components of sales training and implements sales process and procedures, such as pre-call planning, into everyday practice * Participates in local, state and national industry trade shows as required to grow area of responsibility * Performs other tasks as assigned * Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily * The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required * Each essential function is required, although reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Qualifications * Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * Experience selling healthcare services to IDD agencies and behavioral health facilities is preferred * Three or more years of prior sales experience background required in healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, consumer products and services/solutions sales experience a plus * Experience selling and negotiating contracts for products and services a plus * Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, Hubspot and CRM. * Must have valid driver's license and willing to travel 75%. * Must be results orientated, adaptable, product/service knowledgeable, organized, and have good oral communication skills About our Line of Business PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a full-service pharmacy solution providing value beyond medication. Experience in a pharmacy setting and with medical terminology. Ability to operate a computer; ability to recognize and identify medications. Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, effective oral communication. Pharmacy Technician license. * Desired: Long Term Care pharmacy experience.
