The warehouse coordinator will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita's patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning and acting as a backup driver when needed.

Responsibilities
* Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
* Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
* Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
* Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
* Coordinates patient deliveries.
* Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies
* completes and maintains product lot numbers, expiration dates and batch records.
* Monitors drug supply and pump inventory and levels
* Maintains a clean and orderly production space

Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
* Preferred experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management
* Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
* Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards, if driving is required per branch needs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills
* Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
* Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
* Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
To perform this role will require constant sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasional kneeling and crouching. The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 10-30 lbs

* Maintain purchase cards and distribute as needed. Obtain weekly spend down and receipts for cardholders/users. Reconcile receipts to US Bank statements, obtain Executive Director approval and retain for audit. Reallocate Purchase card expenses as required

Qualifications

Qualifications
* Successful completion of an approved/accredited Pharmacy Technician training program; IV certification preferred
* Registered Pharmacy Technician license in state of practice per state regulations

* 1-3 years of related pharmacy experience in a home care setting, retail or pharmacy setting, preferred
* At least 1 year of aseptic preparation of infusion-related pharmaceuticals in a hospital or home infusion setting preferred
* General knowledge of drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic techniques
* Flexible schedule with the ability to work on-call evenings and weekends on an as-scheduled basis
* Effective mathematical and communication skills required

Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field• A minimum of three (3) years of sales experience in the healthcare market• At least one (1) year of sales management in the healthcare field preferred• Experience in working within dynamic fast growth organizations, preferably in the home infusion market• Skilled in customer sales, sales training, reporting and customer relationship management• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills• Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce preferred)• Valid driver's license and auto insurance• Must meet company standards for driving record as well as driver age requirement

Our residential school is located on 43 acres outside the city of San Marcos, Texas. The homes and academic classrooms are centrally located to one another to allowfor continuity of services between academics and residential living. In addition, day services are available for students who need a specialized educational setting but wish to live at home with their families. Texas Hill Country School is licensed as a residential treatment center by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and our academic program is approved by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as a non-public school.
Our Texas Hill Country School specializes in working with students who have been unsuccessful in other educational settings. This program accepts children and adolescents, ages 6-22, with acquired brain injuries, developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, and a host of other neurological and psychological problems.
