The Research & Evaluation Analyst provides data analysis, reporting, and research support to strengthen program outcomes, compliance, and organizational learning. This role ensures timely, accurate, and audit-ready deliverables while supporting survey administration, grant reporting, and district analyses. Operating as part of the R&E Shared Services team, the Analyst helps IYT maintain a strong data-use culture, build partner trust, and enable continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Organizational Research & Evaluation
Support survey campaigns (staff, student, partner, alumni) by updating surveys and administration guides, monitoring survey launch and administration, conduction of preliminary analysis, and sharing lessons learned through reports/presentations.
Conduct descriptive and statistical analyses of program and academic data; data visualizations, and narratives.
Contribute to Quarterly, Mid-Year, End-of-Year, internal and external reports, ensuring at least 98% accuracy (accuracy based upon data provided).
Collect and analyze comparative data from non-IYT students and districts for benchmarking.
Assist with focus groups, pilot evaluations, and district presentations.
2) Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement
Support FY 25/26 R&E strategic projects (eNPS tool, focus groups, pilot and auxiliary program evaluations, suspension/attendance analyses expansion study, enhanced reporting tools).
Document lessons learned from campaigns and analyses to improve workflows.
Contribute to continuous improvement of dashboards, templates, and survey tools.
Participate in workshops/conferences in conjunction with partners.
3) Shared Services Delivery (Cross-Functional)
Uphold service line agreements: at least 95% of deadlines met; requests acknowledged within 1 business day, ETAs in 2 days.
Maintain visible intake/status tracking for analyses and data requests.
Collaborate with Data & IT, College Access & Completion, and Development to align analyses and data requests.
4) Data Systems, Privacy & Dashboards
Maintain and update datasets used to generate R&E reports.
Support data audits to verify data validity and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with privacy/security standards in all data collection and reporting.
5) Regional Goals Enablement
Support regional teams in tracking and achieving FY 25/26 goals: dosage, attendance, retention, SEL, D/F reduction, graduation, college-going, persistence, and transfer.
Provide site-level data and insights that enable program improvements.
Deliver training support (e.g., data literacy, survey administration) in collaboration with the Director.

The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating numerous or large and complex commercial and/or real estate loan application; servicing commercial and/or real estate loans by frequent contact with customers; and actively pursuing new business through organized marketing and business development programs. May be responsible for management of existing designated loan portfolio; renewal operating loans and term loans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Interview loan applicants; prepare loan applications, financial statements and budgets.
Prepare spreadsheets of financial statements, e.g., balance sheets and income statements.
Input all required data into the loan origination and loan processing systems.
Review all pertinent credit and financial information; determine the need for more thorough investigation or additional information; analyze information statement and related material; prepare summaries, present facts, and offer opinions concerning credit-worthiness.
Analyzing loan applications and supporting documents. Recommend approval or denial of loans, or approve/deny loans within lending authority.
Determine and review legal documentation.
Verify financial statements, review credit reports, and collect relevant data.
Communicate Association credit philosophy and stock requirements to customer. Communicate and promote the availability of loan products and other financially related services.
Prepare loan servicing actions and follow-up on assigned loan portfolio. Interact with title companies.
Monitor loan process. Provide backup to loan officers on customer service issues and respond independently to requests for information and assistance.
Conduct collateral inspections.
Represent the Association at public functions.
Conducts credit training and development programs for staff.
May serve as a member of the employee loan committee or participate in loan committee meetings.
Perform other duties assigned.
LEVELS OF SUPERVISION EXERCISED AND RECEIVED:

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
At least eight years progressively responsible banking or related agricultural lending experience.
BA/BS degree with emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent.
Strong credit and analytical skills. Demonstrated understanding of agricultural lending principles and practices, and association and Farm Credit System operating policies and procedures.
Knowledge of FCA regulations, association, and district policies and procedures.
Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

JOB TITLE: AML CFT Analyst Intern (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism) DURATION: full-time (up to 40 hours per week), for a period of 10 weeks (June 8 - August 14) SUMMARY: The AML/CFT Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations. This position is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and reporting suspicious financial activities, supporting the development and implementation of policies, and working closely with internal teams and regulatory authorities to mitigate financial crime risks.
Responsibilities
* Assist in transaction monitoring and reviewing alerts for potentially suspicious activity.
* Support sanctions and other watch list screening processes, including name and payment screening.
* Help prepare investigation summaries and documentation for internal reporting.
* Conduct research on regulatory developments and emerging financial crime trends.
* Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards.
* Collaborate with team members on projects related to risk assessments, policy updates, and process improvements.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to compliance and data protection standards.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field
* Strong understanding of AML/CFT laws, regulations, and typologies.
* Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and investigative tools is a plus
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
