This role is highly visible and involves direct interaction with institutional lenders, private credit funds, and banks engaged in specialty lending. The position focuses on conducting in-depth collateral and operational due diligence on subject companies across a range of industries including consumer finance, commercial specialty finance, healthcare, and technology-focused businesses. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct financial and operational due diligence services, including on-site or remote examinations, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence on behalf of our clients Utilize or develop Excel-based workpapers to complete scoped procedures for each project Evaluate complex portfolios and credit structures within client-defined scope of work Collaborate with senior team members to identify portfolio risks, reconcile financial data, and assess operational performance.
