Position Summary
The Data and Digital Marketings Intern is a hybrid role bridges the gap between data analytics and digital content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both data-driven environments and creative marketing spaces. playing a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, while also producing compelling visual and written content across digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning within a high-impact, real-world business environment.
4.0 Education and Experience
Education: Current Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data formatting/cleaning techniques.
Marketing Tools: Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe Photoshop or other visual editing tools.
Data Tools Experience: Prior use of Kpler is highly preferred; experience with similar platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Genscape) acceptable. Experience with data mining platforms is preferred.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex data and recognize trends and strategic opportunities.
Market Awareness: Interest or background in commodities, energy, or logistics markets is a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Able to translate data findings into written and visual summaries for internal reports and presentations.
Creative: Creative mindset with an eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
Work Ethic: Professional, punctual, and eager to contribute in a collaborative office environment.

Data Analytics & Market Insights (50%)
Analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning techniques).
Utilize Kpler or similar platforms to mine and monitor commodity and logistics market data.
Identify market trends, anomalies, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Structure and summarize findings for reports, dashboards, and internal presentations.
Collaborate with business development and commercial teams to turn analytics into market intelligence.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation (50%)
Design branded graphics and marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent).
Create and publish written content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website.
Ensure all marketing materials are visually aligned with brand standards and tone of voice.
Track content performance and adjust strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
Manage multiple content projects and campaigns with attention to timelines and deadlines.
Perform other duties as requested.
