The Manufacturing Analyst Leve 1 will be a part of the Tooling team and will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment while interfacing with a variety of cross-functional areas including: Program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, facilities, and procurement.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable communicating with multiple levels of leadership. **This is a 1st shift position working 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. This position requires onsite presence due to the nature of the role.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Work with Tooling Management and various stakeholders to identify communication, usability, and design goals for the internal SharePoint site.
Analyze trends and variances to identify potential risks and issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Develop, analyze, and maintain estimates to completion and perform monthly budget, EAC, actuals and Variance Analysis for Leadership briefings.
Tracking of weekly actuals against monthly/yearly targets and month maintenance of Earned Value Performance, EAC workbooks, QBD/QSST updates and Variance Analysis reports.
Coordination with cross functional teams across multiple organization including Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and Business Management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Manage all aspects of departmental procurement requests submitted in TMCS.
Responsible for budgeting and tracking of indirect spending for Tooling Material.
Basic Qualifications
Manufacturing Analyst Level 1:

We are seeking a Research Analyst who will work primarily on an NIH-funded research study investigating healthy aging in autism spectrum disorder. The Research Analyst will get hands-on experience in the administration and study execution, team-science, and protocol development and implementation. The individual will have the opportunity to develop their research skills across multiple methodological approaches, including cognitive and behavioral assessment and multimodal neuroimaging (MRI).
Responsibilities
The Research Assistant/Analyst will work primarily on one NIH-funded research study, with additional studies potentially added over time. The individual will have many opportunities to contribute to the scientific process and can expect authorship commensurate with contribution. Work duties will include, but are not limited to the following;
1. Recruitment and scheduling of research participants.
2. Maintains files and records of research data.
3. Data collection from a variety of sources.
4. Cognitive testing and interviews of research participants.
5. Data entry and database management.
6. May assist in the preparation of manuscripts and presentation materials.

The Experience
Here at University Growth Fund, we give students an unparalleled learning experience. Students have opportunities close to that of a partner or director at a venture capital or buyout firm. Students meet directly with the entrepreneurs and other investors, asking the hard questions as they drill down to the company's investment attractiveness. The students drive the due diligence process forward and ultimately play a key role in determining whether or not UGF invests from it multi-million dollar fund. Once an investment is made, students often have the opportunity to sit in an observer role on the board of the company and see firsthand how successful companies are managed and operated. Student associates are also able to add additional value to the company over time through various value-add research and strategy projects. Meeting with entrepreneurs and investors, sitting on boards, sourcing new deals are all ways in which students are able to build an extensive network and gain new experiences and skills.
The Program
Students are brought on for one semester as interns. Those that perform well are invited to stay on in the Fund and are promoted to associate. Associates take on a more autonomous role and have more freedom and flexibility to choose the projects they work on. During this time, associates work to refine an investment area of expertise. After approximately one year, associates who perform well are promoted to senior associate. We are looking for a **Project Analyst Intern** to understand and perform the project lifecycle on software projects. This position will be a **full-time internship** and **remote.** The internship dates are June 1, 2026 to July 31 2026.
**This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. **What You'll Need**
Required:

+ Current Junior in their undergraduate year with a 3.5 GPA or higher
Preferred:
