We are currently seeking a talented and motivated bioinformatics analysis to drive forward projects related to improving immunotherapies for cancer within the Department of Medicine, Division of Oncology, and Section of Computational Biology. The Foltz lab works at the intersection of translational immunology and computational biology. We study mechanisms of response and resistance to natural killer (NK) cell therapies by integrating single-cell sequencing approaches, clinical samples, and experimental biology on primary human immune cells to improve NK cell therapies for cancer.
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing sc RNA-seq, CITE-seq, and ATAC-seq data along with knowledge in immunology and proficiency in R and python. SAP Analyst Intern Minimum Requirements:
* Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business-related degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.
* Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.

About the role:

Winchester Systems Analyst Intern Essential Job Functions:· Assist developers with application development and testing· Help document and test SAP changes, enhancements, and break-fixes across modules· Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure updates follow identified change control procedures· Maintain process documentation and support communication between IT and business groups Winchester Systems Analyst Intern Minimum Requirements:· Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business-related degree program.
Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.
· Must have an overall grade point average of 3.
0 or higher on a 4.
0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin.
An official transcript will be required each term.
Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
· Exposure to SAP concepts preferred· Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin· Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours).
