Duties and Responsibilities:

5. Documents, tests, implements, and provides on-going support for the applications.
6. Provides highly technical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies that assist the functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives.
7. Acts as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
8. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

About Your Role
As a China Policy AI Research Associate, you will help deepen Bridgewater's understanding of China's policy landscape as it informs asset markets & economies. You will analyze government policies and regulatory developments that help shape China's strategy and its implications for global markets. You will leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to collect, translate, extract information and synthesize Chinese-language policy materials and data sources. Compensation Band
