Internship Description The Summer Analyst role will be primarily focused on underwriting and evaluating Joint Venture and Preferred Equity multifamily real estate investments. Over the course of the program, interns will rotate between various teams within Parse Capital (Originations, Execution, Asset Management), participate in weekly working sessions with The Wolff Company's multifamily development team, and complete a final “Capstone” project, including underwriting and pitching an investment opportunity to a mock investment committee.
