Our client is a growing REIT located in Orange County and this role will focus on real estate acquisitions and dispositions in addition to portfolio analysis. The primary role of the Analyst is to partner with a team of Asset Managers by assisting with daily tasks and proactively addressing asset management issues that arise. The primary functions of this position are to perform analyses in support of property and portfolio operating performance, capital investment decision making, and to prepare ad hoc analyses on behalf of the Asset Management team.
