Reporting into the National Account Manager, we are seeking a Replenishment Analyst to ensure accurate inventory flow, ensure optimal product availability, item setup, content compliance, and operational readiness for Walmart and Sam's Club. You will leverage data analysis and forecasting techniques to drive efficient replenishment processes, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent penalties and support omni-channel availability.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and product performance to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts
Act as the main point of contact for Walmart regarding replenishment needs, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on inventory status.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, adjusting for promotional activities and market changes.
Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and insights on inventory turnover, demand patterns, and seasonal trends.
Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to manage order placements, delivery schedules, and inventory replenishment strategies.
Monitor inventory levels, stockouts, and replenishment triggers
Track supply on carry-forward items and issue reorders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the replenishment function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Own item set up for all Ad Populum brands for both Walmart & Sams Club stores and ecommerce channels
Maintain item content accuracy (attributes, images, specs)
Manage OTIF/SQEP fines and disputes in Supply Pike
Manage Quote Management System entries.
Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for inventory optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or supply chain analysis, preferably within a retail environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and forecasting, with experience using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated expertise leveraging Retail Link and Scintilla, along with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems, to support data-driven decision making

Forecasting & Data Management
Oversee retail partners' internal forecasting systems; monitor accuracy and recommend updates as needed.
Conduct regular item-level reviews and recommend system or manual forecast corrections.
Create and manage manual order recommendations to maintain optimal product flow.
Order Facilitation & Execution
Facilitate and track replenishment orders through partner systems and internal platforms.
Ensure alignment between internal forecasts and partner demand projections.
Manage item setup, distribution center/store count changes, and assortment revisions.
Promotional & Seasonal Planning
Support planning and execution of promotional, seasonal, and new item inventory builds.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align forecasts with event timing and capacity.
Operational Collaboration
Partner with Operations, Logistics, and Planning teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and inventory flow.
Provide insights on lead times, shipment planning, and replenishment cadence.
Offer operational input to enhance forecasting models and overall order execution.
Relationship Management
Serve as the main liaison between retail partners' replenishment contacts and internal cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain strong working relationships to ensure alignment, collaboration, and mutual success.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in replenishment, demand planning, or retail analytics (experience with large retail accounts strongly preferred).
Experience with retail replenishment systems and data platforms (e.g., Retail Link, Luminate, or similar).
APICS CPIM, CSCP, or a supply chain certification is a plus but not required
Skills & Competencies
A passion for Cycling and the Outdoors!
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Primary point of contact for Walmart Replenishment Team regarding Inventory Planning, Forecast and Replenishment functions.
Develops strong collaborative relationships with Walmart Replenishment team and Mars Sales, Operations, Demand and Supply Planning teams.
Lead the investigation and understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes with Walmart and identify continuous improvement and value creation opportunities.

Owns and reports customer specific service metrics and provides proactive communication and action plans to mitigate service risk.
