Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - 3-5 years relevant professional experience. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of education. - Combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree; may have additional training or education in area of specialization - Experience applying AI tools or techniques to support market research, data analysis, or proposal development is preferred - Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, for tracking opportunity pipelines, customer engagement, and capture activities is preferred - Experience integrating CRM data into capture planning and workflows - Working knowledge of APMP best practices, including opportunity qualification, win strategy development, and proposal lifecycle management is preferred - APMP certification (Foundation or Practitioner level) is preferred - Ability to leverage automation and AI-enhanced tools to streamline capture documentation, competitor analysis, and customer journey mapping is preferred - Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for capture and proposal teams is preferred EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
