Your Role at Delta Faucet
We are looking for a Data Analytics Intern to help transform large datasets into meaningful insights that support business growth and decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience with data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools while working on real-world challenges in sales, marketing, and product development.
This position will be located in our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with team members to understand business operations and analytics needs.
Assist in designing and building intuitive dashboards using PowerBI and Salesforce Analytics Studio to enable self-service analytics.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify key trends and patterns in business data.
Apply statistical methodologies such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and clustering to support data-driven decisions.
Synthesize and present data findings in a clear, actionable format for business leaders.
Support data governance efforts by contributing to data dictionaries and metric standardization. Contribute to data cleaning and data modeling efforts
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will be entering their Senior year with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of statistical methods such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing is a plus.
Experience with Python, R, cloud databases (Azure), or data science platforms (Databricks) is a plus.
