Manage and mentor a team of design engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing technical direction and professional development guidance. Coordinate with remote and contract engineering resources to ensure deliverables meet quality and timing expectations. Maintain product configuration and option lists to ensure accurate bill-of-material (BOM) structure and product documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, design engineering, or a related technical role.
