Facilities Engineer 1 Shift: Monday - Friday (40 hour work week)/7:00 AM - 3:30 PM/On Call for Emergencies Pay Rate: $31 - $36 Day to Day: The candidate is required to provide maintenance and repair for all HVAC equipment within the defined properties in the NM portfolio. Additionally, the candidate is responsible for the day to day maintenance and repair functions of the off campus medical and administrative buildings. They must be comfortable rotating to multiple properties, and potentially dispatched to perform services to buildings.
