    JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective The Weld Engineer is responsible for oversight of Welders, Laser Operators, Die Setters, and Tooling Support. As a working supervisor, this position will be required to work on tasks within the department regularly. This role will also aide in creation, documentation, and implementation of improvement procedures that will allow the company to run more efficiently and safely.
