The Senior Project Manager, Yazoo Carbon Capture will manage a team to engineer, procure, construct, and commission the CCS project at CF's Yazoo City Complex. The Senior Project Manager will lead one direct report Project Engineer and a team of assigned subject matter experts.

Plan and execute CCS at the Yazoo City Complex , ensuring safety and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

* Serve as the technical liaison between NGC's Integrated Product Teams and other Global Supply Chain teams

* Evaluate supplier's capability(s) when called upon for capacity issues, process control activities and make needed recommendations regarding utilization of the NGC supplier base back to the GSC organization
* Participate in supplier reviews of technical data packages necessary to ensure constraints resolved to meet requirements
This position requires up-to daily local and recurring out-of-state travel between suppliers. Must have the ability to travel up to 75% including of out-of-state travel. Candidate must be local to the Moss Point, MS area. Position may require hybrid work schedule of in office/ remote support.
**Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with at least 5-years of engineering and/or manufacturing experience OR a master's degree in (STEM) with 3-years' engineering/manufacturing experience. 9 years of engineering/manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

The starting cash range for this role is $130,000 - $165,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact. The total compensation package for this role may also include: equity compensation; discretionary annual or performance bonuses; sales incentives; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.

**Job Description**
* Work as key link between cross functional teams to develop requirements and provide solutions for inline vision inspection systems
* Drive ramp of exciting new products by characterizing baseline vision performance and capability and improve performance as measured by product quality and tool availability
* Ensure manufacturing lines meet uptime, availability, and reliability metrics - OEE, cycle time and quality, have the sense of urgency on resolution of production issues
* Develop best practices to improve vision system reliability e.g, process discipline, recipe version control, hard drive backup
* Vision software and algorithm development and data analysis using programming languages such as C++, C#, Python or HALCON
* Commissioning and calibrating vision systems
* Commissioning PLC and MES system integration
* Organize cross-functional design reviews and highlight body of work
* Collaboration with downstream and upstream process teams on vision system validation, data correlation and analysis
* Send quotation requests and manage vendor proposals
* Provide direction and mentorship to third party vendors and Jekson Internal machine building teams
**Educational Qualification**
* BS, MS, or PhD in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science or other Engineering discipline
**Work Experience**
* 4 - 8 Years, with at least 4 years' experience in Machine Vision Systems and Automation Equipment
**Required Skills**
* Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply them towards manufacturing process development
* Knowledge in selection of cameras, lenses, optics, lighting, and other hardware for image capture and processing
* Knowledge of camera calibration, e.g. pinhole camera model, lens distortion, intrinsic and extrinsic camera parameters, multi-camera geometry, MTF of imaging system
* Experience of image processing e.g. image enhancement, thresholding, morphology, feature extraction, classification
* Familiarity with optical benches and capability of building testbed for component testing or proof-of-concept
* Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical background and ability to understand and explain theory behind vision system algorithms

If so, we currently have an opportunity for a Development Engineer to join our growing team! What you'll do Our Developer Services team is responsible for reviewing new development proposals and protecting Wessex Water's supply and sewerage network. We pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality service to our customers.
In this role, you will lead our Engineering team and Site Inspectors working at our Trowbridge and Chilton sites, splitting your time between the two offices.
As a team, you will provide advice and guidance on new developments likely to affect the public sewerage and water supply system. This will involve the assessment of sewerage infrastructure proposed for adoption by Wessex Water, as well as proposals to divert public sewers and water mains.
Day to day, the team works to tight timescales and budgetary limits while still maintaining effective working relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
In this role, you'll lead all team activities, ensuring everyone remains motivated, customer-focused and fully efficient, no matter what challenges they face.
You'll lead on problem-solving and decision-making for your team and you'll also assist with implementing business initiatives and improving processes across the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
* exercising control over new development likely to affect the public sewerage and water supply system
* assessing, commenting and advising on the implications of new sewerage proposals by developers
* assessing new sewerage infrastructure proposed for adoption, ensuring it meets the required standards
* procuring and monitoring agreements for proposed works relating to the adoption of sewers and diversion of public sewers and water mains
* working within regulatory timescales and budgetary limits
* time split across the Trowbridge and Bridgwater offices leading our North and West development team
* managing and maintaining relationships with external and internal customers.
What you'll need
To be a successful Development Engineer you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
You will also be able to work under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet target levels of service, as well as being a confident communicator to all levels of the business and with external customers.
You'll need to demonstrate previous success as a people manager with a positive attitude, be able to implement performance management and have personal resilience and excellent organisation and decision-making skills.
In addition, we are looking for:
* a degree in engineering (beneficial but not essential)
* expert knowledge of the Water and Sewerage Adoption Codes, DCG and relevant legislation
* SuDs design experience
* computer literacy
* a full UK driving licence.
