Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a builder - a curious, motivated, product-oriented engineer who loves crafting practical, scalable software that delivers real-world value. You'll join a lean, fast-moving team at Yonder (a TOMIS company), where AI meets adventure.
Our platform powers chat automation, digital marketing, and customer engagement tools for tour operators and outdoor experience brands around the world. We're scaling fast, and we need someone who can own the full stack - from backend architecture to frontend UX - and thrive in the wild terrain of a high-growth SaaS company.
If you get excited about building software solutions end-to-end, AI integration, and shipping features that make customers say “damn, that's slick,” this might be your new favorite job.

Continuously learn and adapt - AI mastery is a must. We use Cursor, but if you find another flow that works for you, that's just fine!
Work with third-party platforms to build and maintain integrations. This may include emails, meetings, etc.
