PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs advanced regulatory/technical problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for regulatory/technical decisions. Job Purpose
Join our team of talented professionals as a Manufacturing Engineer - Paint supporting our paint department and assembly line. In summary, this role is key accountable for ensuring our paint system performs optimally. Also supports Assembly and works to improve manufacturing efficiency, cost, product quality, and employee safety by analyzing current methods, and identifying new technologies and cost reduction projects for assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitors Paint system performance and painted part quality. Troubleshoot issues and ensuring robust corrective action is quickly implemented to maintain high quality output.
* Utilize PFMEA and other engineering tools to analyze anomalies and engineer robust solutions.
* Maintain ECO change management and ensure new and revised parts are correctly routed and costed in the MRP system.
* Develops, designs and plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
* Evaluates worker productivity and recommends improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control/reductions.
* Develops metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
* Establishes accident prevention measures, and plans and schedules training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation and ensures compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
* Determines facility specifications, including analysis and evaluation of location, material resources, and structural design.
* Resolves technical problems and recommends production improvement.
* Other related duties as assigned.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Agricultural Engineering or similar
* 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment
* 3+ years' experience with Powder Coat paint systems and paint system maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work >50% on shop floor Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, ProE, Creo) Experience generating manufacturing Bill of Materials, routings, and standard (visual) work instructions/SOPs Hands-on experience and product knowledge with agricultural or construction equipment transmissions (hydraulic systems/drive train) including hands-on troubleshooting with automated testing equipment
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $121,250.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

What you'll do
We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our firm. This position plays a key role in supporting engineering teams on transportation, municipal infrastructure, and water resource projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in CAD design, familiar with civil engineering principles, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects that improve public infrastructure and community sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Prepare design plans and construction drawings for transportation, roadway, utility, stormwater, and water/wastewater projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to support project execution from concept through final design.
Perform design calculations and assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Interpret survey data, GIS data, field notes, and technical reports for use in project designs.
Assist with preparation of permit applications and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards and regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including municipal clients and review agencies.
Contribute to quality assurance and quality control checks on design deliverables.
What it takes
