Full-time Description The R&D and Laboratory Support Technician will support the Research & Development team in the preparation, testing, and documentation of lab batches and experimental formulations. This role will maintain meticulous documentation, and support a variety of formulation and packaging development processes. The position is essential to the success of new product development and product improvements by ensuring consistent execution of lab procedures, accurate data recording, and support during scale-up initiatives.
