Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality Design and oversee the implementation of automation systems and equipment to improve manufacturing operations Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and defects Create and maintain process documentation, including setup matrices, parameter cards, and work instructions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and design for manufacturability (DFM) initiatives Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivity Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes, equipment, and technologies Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processes Participate in equipment selection, installation, and qualification processes Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing equipment and process issues Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Exposure to a high volume manufacturing environment Knowledge of automation equipment, including scanners, vision systems, or automated placement equipment Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis techniques Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing-related software applications Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
