The role of the Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for monitoring current manufacturing processes and cost, identification and implementation of process improvements, and supporting daily manufacturing operations needs as assigned. The Manufacturing Process Engineer will work in collaboration to successfully drive cost out of Tri Tool's manufacturing process by reducing lead times, and maintaining acceptable quality levels by working with engineering, production personnel, quality, and equipment and tooling vendors, at a minimum. To be successful in this role, the Manufacturing Process Engineer will meet or exceed department goals and performance metrics. This position is expected to work both independently and in teams with a focus on lean manufacturing initiatives.
