Assists with general activities including but not limited to processing invoices, managing supplies and inventory, tracking assets, and any other activity required per the company's mission.

IT Analytics Intern Position Summary:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Business Development Project Management will support all phases of a deal, from initial research to post-merger integration - balancing the financial, strategic, and operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions to keep the process organized and on track.

Support project execution - collaborate with different departments to help coordinate the deal process.
Post-merger integration (PMI) tasks
Support integration efforts - work closely with the integration team to coordinate the transition of the new business, which involves coordinating with cross-functional teams on operational alignment.
Track integration progress - Assis in monitoring progress against integration milestones, identifying potential delays, and communicating status to relevant team members.
Assist with process improvement - conduct assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement following a merger or acquisition.
Analyze integration metrics - evaluate project performance metrics by analyzing data on timelines and results to inform ālessons learnedā reviews.

Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or other related field.

The Project Services Intern/Co-op will work with our cost analysis, scheduling and estimating teams creating and maintaining project information. The Project Services Intern/Co-op will develop and communicate analysis based on the project information to assist project teams with monitoring and controlling their projects. The Project Services Intern/Co-op will will have the opportunity to prepare cost estimates for projects utilizing Aspen Plant Cost Estimator, schedules using Primavera P6, and develop project reports using Power BI, and Deltek Vantagepoint. The Project Services Intern/Co-op must work collaboratively with all members of the project team, including internal and external personnel, and is expected to establish effective and cordial working relationships with key members of the team. Responsibilities
Assist in developing well-organized, data to maintain project information.
Develop and communicate analysis based on the project information to assist project teams with monitoring and controlling their projects.
Gather and input data into Aspen in Plant Cost Estimator software
Report cost data using company tools and processes
Understand and implement client standards and agreements
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a BS in Project Management, Construction Management, or other related fields
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail
Potential Experiences
Gain an understanding of the business and engineering work flow in a consulting firm
Exposure to Aspen in Plant Cost Estimator, Primavera P6 and Power BI.
Application of industry codes related to engineering disciplines

We're seeking a Talent Programs Full Time Summer Intern with the possibility to move to a part time Co-Op in the Fall of 2026 to join our business in North America. You will provide support for the North America operations. In this role, you will assist with the administration and coordination of our early careers program. You will also work on projects that support our continuous efforts to standardize and streamline processes.
What you will be doing
The primary roles and responsibilities of this internship/co op will be:
Recruiting coordination:
Registering and coordinating support for career events, this includes pre-event preparation, during event coordination, and post event follow up
Support travel and expense needs for events
Job creation and offer preparation for open roles
Review and maintain job descriptions for early career positions
Ongoing Early Career Talent Program administrative support
Support scheduling and coordination of intern/co-op program
Maintain all appropriate program documentation
Administrative support of rotational program needs
Facilitation and coordination of associate training week
Stakeholder meeting coordination
Lead the coordination of the marketing materials:
Responsible for TA recruitment materials from displays to giveaways, apparel, marketing materials/supply requests

What you will need to bring to the program

Education
Pursuing a BS in Human Resources or related field required.
Preferred Experience
Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience (a plus)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and experience in building financial models (a plus)
Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems with a skill of impeccable attention to detail.
Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects.
Experience via student organizations, such as Beta Alpha Psi, Association of Latino Professionals of America, Multicultural Business Association, Volunteerism or similar activities
Your work location will be 8080 Norton Parkway in Mentor, OH. Candidates must be local to the area as the position will be full time in the office during the summer.

Additional Information
The hourly salary for this position is $20.00 - $ 23.00 /hour based off of where you are at academically.
