The Research and Development Stability Technician is a fundamental position in supporting the daily operations of the personal care research and development team. The R&D Stability Technician will be expected to follow proper procedures; perform accurate computations, track and test stabilities and prepare batches based on the needs of the chemists. The Implementation Developer Technical Lead is an experienced IT professional that leads an Implementation and Support team at Smart Data Solutions. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leadership Demonstrate leadership through actions and accountability Provide supervision and direction to other Implementation & Support team staff Job Accountabilities Oversee all SDS implementations. (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). * Excellent communication skills (written and oral). * Team player, self-starter, and action oriented. * Successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally in a product development environment. * Product design experience, preferably related to construction applications. Polyurethane adhesive or coating experience helpful. * Positive attitude and good judgment. * Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
