PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Repair, troubleshoot electromechanical printing equipment.
Install and troubleshoot computer software.
Clean, inspect and prep equipment prior to shipping.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have Mechanical and technical experience
Must have a positive attitude and communicate on a professional level
Ability to function with limited supervision
Ability to operate a motor vehicle max length 26' and have current driver's license
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
This position will mostly work at the Eighty Four, PA location (just south of Pittsburgh) repairing and refurbishing used equipment for sale, offering phone support, and supporting our own in-house service bureau. Up to 25% of the time will be spent traveling to customer sites to repair, move, or install equipment

The Technician III/Engineer I Position:
The System Technician/Engineer is a strategic technical position within Entre. This position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer’s IT systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing IT solutions. Your daily duties will be assisting the service desk, handling escalation tickets and working on multiple small to medium IT projects. Technician III/Engineer I should be able to prioritize technical issues, manage assigned tasks, document time spent and resolutions, while demonstrating patience to describe cause and solutions to end users. Ideal candidates should be very organized with the ability to switch and resume tasks as required. Candidate should have excellent communication capabilities, both verbally and written, with the ability to thrive in an expanding team environment.
Provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues. Identifies, researches and resolves the most complex technical problems. Responds to telephone, email and online requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools. Coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve an issue. May be responsible for the resolution of escalated issues of higher difficulty. May train, coach or assist less experienced team members.Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to Supervisor or Manager.
A02-Intermediate-Senior: Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works independently with moderate supervision. Typically requires 3+ Years of related experience.
Technical Requirements:
3+ years helpdesk/field-onsite technical support experience providing complete network to end point support services to small and medium sized businesses
Experience with all Microsoft technologies including client operating systems, server operating systems, Exchange, Terminal Services and Small Business Server, Office 365, One Drive, and Sharepoint
Experience with Active Directory, Domain and Group Policy Administration, and Windows network administration
Ability to install, upgrade and troubleshoot Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems in domain and workgroup environments including user/PC migrations, applications and hardware replacement/troubleshooting
Demonstrated understanding of data integrity, standard backup practices, and associated hardware/software solutions. Experience with Veeam and Acronis backups preferred
Experience with wired/wireless networks and basic networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, WAN/LAN TCP/IP
Windows Server (2008-2019) administration including spin-up, roll-out and management including but not limited to Active Directory, GPOs, Trusts, Print Servers, Application Servers, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide both reactive and proactive support of desktop, server, and network issues for our clients.
Daily and accurate time entry accounting for at least 7.5 hours in the form of service ticket notes
Monthly billing should be at least 80% or more of a typical month of about 160 hours available.
Focused on lowering average response Time and resolution times

Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving the product lifecycle from product design, technology development phase to mass production, ensuring that our product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers seeking to work on industry leading QLC NAND technology critical for building datacenter storage solutions in the AI era.
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.
Major responsibilities for product development role:
o Lead the development of NAND Flash memory products, including defining specifications, developing solutions to meet specifications, and designing validation/testing methods to ensure requirements are met.
o Design and execute detailed characterization methodologies for NAND memory arrays to assess device performance, reliability, and variability.
o Lead the optimization of NAND trims, waveforms, and algorithms to improve product performance, reliability, and power consumption.

o Optimize test methodologies to improve test coverage, efficiency, and cycle time.
o Provide technical expertise and support for yield enhancement and failure analysis activities.

o Focus on new product and technology development phase product quality and reliability spec definition and ensure product meets requirement

**Responsibilities**
The Subsurface Fate and Transport Modeling Team within the Environmental Subsurface Science Group is seeking applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate position. Successful applicants will run multiphase reactive transport models within the open source PFLOTRAN simulator. They will collaborate with researchers employing PFLOTRAN to simulate multiphase fluid flow and reactive transport during CO2 injection into reactive rocks. This will involve modeling CO2 mineralization through complex reaction networks, applying diverse numerical techniques to model CO2 reactivity in fractured rock, and developing strategies for critical mineral extraction concurrent with CO2 storage. The research associate will also have the opportunity to engage in other project work in areas of contaminant fate and transport modeling, geothermal energy, nuclear waste disposal, and more.
Through their research, the associate will develop an internal and external network of collaborators and project partners and participate in professional societies at the regional and national level. The associate is expected demonstrate commitment to data quality and accuracy, strong written and oral communication skills, as evidenced by high-impact peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations, and be able to work independently and in a team setting. The applicant must demonstrate a strong ethic of service to the scientific community and a commitment to both scientific excellence and national impact on developing transformative science and technology solutions relevant to our nation's energy security and prosperity. Finally, the position requires that the associate complies with PNNL policies regarding environmental health and safety, waste management, and protection of intellectual property.

The cook will prepare, season and cook food. Must follow modified diet needs and recipe compliance standards. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health system organization policies and procedures.
**Education/License/Experience Requirements:**
* High School graduate or general equivalency diploma preferred.
* One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
* Valid Montana driver's license preferred.
