Key Accountabilities
Work with Lead Developers on implementation of changes related to our ecosystem surrounding Health Share product by Intersystems
Develop and maintain interfaces using Health Share IRIS and ObjectScript
Interpretation and implementation of data transformations and mappings using HL7, CDA/CCD, FHIR, JSON. XML.
Resolve integration issues, configuration and other changes through Health Share toolset
High level understanding of Interoperability standards
Document technical specifications, workflows and test plans
Support continuous improvement through automation and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
5 years of work experience beyond degree
Role requirements:
3+ years of experience with InterSystems HealthShare, or IRIS.
Strong ObjectScript programming skills.
Proficiency in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, C-CDA).
Experience with integration protocols (MLLP, REST, SOAP, SFTP).
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and interoperability concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
InterSystems certification (HL7 Interface Specialist or similar).
This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.
The full salary grade for this position is $102,100 - $175,100. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $102,100 - $138,605. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary. Key responsibilities

Description Overview
Perrig is currently hiring for an Associate R&D Process Scientist to lead scale-up of new infant formulas from development to full-scale production, overseeing change control, risk assessment, and factory trials while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Pilot Plant, Operations, Quality, and Planning. Support manufacturing sites on continuous improvement opportunities in recipe and processing, driving optimization and renovation initiatives through root-cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of cost-reduction strategies while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Develop and implement new process capabilities via feasibility trials and continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall product quality.
Scope of the Role
* Realize scale up / industrialization with Manufacturing and Quality departments. Manage change controls - review BOMs/formulations, host risk assessment meetings, setting up manufacturing forms or info, update block flow diagrams, review finished product nutrient data, recipe / process parameterization, support regulatory filings, etc
* Support new process evaluations or co-man/pack capabilities or CAPEX projects for new equipments for Perrigo Nutrition business
* Support manufacturing sites including root-cause analysis to address identified losses, optimize manufacturing / product quality issues, and support resolve of unscheduled downtime
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Food or Dairy Science, Chemical or Food Engineering, Chemistry or closely related field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in product and/or process development in the food industry or closely related is strongly preferred.
* Experience in common food and dairy unit operations, infant formula manufacturing and knowledge of spray drying a plus.

Your Role:
The Associate Production Scientist- Weekend Night Shift in Madison, WI is primarily focused on safe and efficient manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API's) according to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. This role is lab-based and primarily focused on executing required production operations to support the end users and patients of the compounds produced at MilliporeSigma. These responsibilities include but are not limited to executing existing production procedures, updating supporting documents, and maintaining the safety and quality of the manufacturing environment. Additional responsibilities include:
* D Shift: Rotating shift, Thursday - Sunday 6:30pm - 7:00am, then Friday - Sunday 6:30pm - 7:00am
* Demonstrating proper lab safety practices, and work in accordance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulatory agency guidelines.
* Functioning as a Primary Operator for a single group of GMP Production areas (i.e. Kilo Labs). Draft preliminary reports detailing deviations from written procedures and potential contributing factors.
* Utilize and provide minor updates to a variety of written procedures, including operating procedures with assistance from a supervisor or SME.
* Help to identify and immediately correct equipment, process, and safety issues in the lab. Mentor new employees by performing supplemental technical and on the job training. Participate in a team-based, multi-shift manufacturing environment by actively engaging in inter-shift communication and maintaining high quality in-lab housekeeping.
* Take independent ownership over a departmental support responsibility.
* Engage in personal and professional career development through active participation in development objectives.
* Provide departmental support through additional tasks as directed by department leadership.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. As a Development Chemist - Liquid Industrial, you will be responsible for customer-facing development opportunities in basecoats and clear coats for the Industrial Coatings Liquid OEM segment. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Chemistry, Polymer Science, Coatings Science, or Chemical Engineering or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree, PhD, or global equivalent a plus.
5+ years of coatings formulation experience and proven laboratory experience.
