Opportunity to learn and utilize CoStar and other pertinent software programs, including CLEAR, Real Quest and LoopNet.
Complete market research as necessary by collecting and analyzing property data.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the company, including, but not limited to, creating and binding tour packages, preparing mailers, updating data book, taking property photos, and various administrative duties upon request.
Ability to network with seasoned brokers in all commercial product types.
Perform other miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Position requirements:
Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word and Outlook).
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

The CU Denver Center for Psychedelic Research (UCDCPR), launched in 2024, is dedicated to improving quality of life through research and education on the effects and therapeutic mechanisms of psychedelic interventions. We are a comprehensive, transdisciplinary center focused on researching the basic science, therapeutic effects and mechanisms, and social, economic, and public health implications of psychedelic drugs and providing training to prepare the next generation of researchers, clinicians, and community leaders in the responsible and evidence-based use of psychedelic therapies.
In this initial period, the UCDCPR is focused on three areas\: research, education, and infrastructure. The center will also conduct events to share with the community and to inform public policymakers.
The Associate Research Professor will serve as Associate Director for the CU Denver Center for Psychedelic Research and will provide scientific, strategic, and operational leadership to advance the Center's mission of conducting rigorous, ethical, and inclusive psychedelic research that bridges professional disciplines through research, education, policy, and advocacy.
Working closely with the Center Director, this position will guide transdisciplinary initiatives; develop and manage research, support clinical initiatives and educational programs; and cultivate collaborations across the CU system and beyond. The Associate Director will play a leading role in positioning CU Denver as a national leader in psychedelic science, training, community engagement, and advocacy.
This is a four year, limited-term position, with potential for extension dependent on external grant and/or gift funding.

This 10-week, paid, immersive summer internship places you directly on project teams working on real-world challenges in landscape architecture, planning, and the built environment. You'll be part of a firmwide cohort of interns, balancing hands-on studio work with participation in the Dr. Charles Fountain focus project, designed to foster leadership, collaboration, and purpose-driven design.

About the Role:

Qualifications
About You:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Insights Researcher provides the foundation for the customer-centric interview work that we do at Strategyn. Strategyn is growing rapidly, so this individual will need to play a key role in continuing to refine and perfect this critical element of our ODI process. This position resides in the Product function within the company but will work closely with the Delivery team at Strategyn. Successful candidates for this role will be highly intellectually curious and possess an innate understanding of how the world works.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead a team of customer insights researchers
Become a subject matter expert (SME) on gathering high quality innovation inputs.
Develop enhancements to Strategyns process on gathering high quality innovation inputs.
Assist executives with special requests / high-priority projects related to the needs gathering process.
Conduct new/refresher training on ODI needs gathering methods
Oversee all client project work to ensure high quality innovation inputs.
As required, serve as chief instructor on client training-related projects
Assist marketing team with content including but not limited to the website, blog, published article content, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree or higher (degree in qualitative research methods, communication, etc.)
A minimum of 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product engineering, business strategy, and/or communications
Knowledge of business, economics, and organizational concepts 6-sigma mentality, understanding of how business processes are measured and tracked
Able to confidently present to groups/facilitate group discussions (virtually and in-person)
Approachable demeanor, able to build rapport quickly with others
Advanced critical thinking skills, logical, able to find the root cause
Ability to methodically piece apart a problem and solve it
Proficiency to advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite (primarily MS Word)
Advanced communication (listening) skills
Advanced typing skills
