The Nondestructive Testing Sr Technician will independently perform inspections utilizing various advanced NDT techniques (Phased Array UT, CR, DR) seeking corrosion, defects, or detrimental conditions in accordance with specific written criteria. The Sr. Technician will perform inspections, interpret indications, and report results per company requirements. The Sr. Technician will be able to communicate processes, procedures and results to customers. The Sr Technician will assist in training apprentices in the various NDT Methods.
Essential Job Functions
* Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern
* Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM's Core Values.
* Supervise Apprentices on the job site.
* Maintains advanced NDT certification.
* Performs advanced NDT inspections for which certified.
* Interprets and reports results of inspections.
* When required, writes or approves procedures in advanced NDT.
* Trains and qualifies Apprentices and Technicians.
Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 4 yrs. experience in NDT field as a certified technician in at least 2 methods
* Certified to Level II in a minimum of two methods (UTPA, CR, DR, ET)
* Ability to work in Microsoft Word
* Ability to work with computers / computerized equipment
* Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
* Travel requirement; 0-75%
* Ability to follow instructions
Work Conditions
* Position is based out of a branch or site location.
* Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere
* Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel
* Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels
* Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
* May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes
* May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis
Physical and Mental Requirements
* Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
* Must be able to walk and climb except when performing non-field duties

Position Information
Texas A&M AgriLife Research at Corpus Christi, is seeking a highly motived AssistantResearch Scientist-Assistant Agriculture Data Center Specialist to support the operation, development, and strategic growth of a state-of-the-art agricultural data center dedicated to advancing data-driven solutions in digital agriculture. Working closely with the Data Center Director and interdisciplinary teams, the Specialist will help manage infrastructure, develop analytics workflows, ensure data quality and interoperability, and support collaborative research that improves agricultural productivity, sustainability, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
-Support development of a web-based open data framework, contributing to both front-end and back-end components to enhance data accessibility and interoperability.
-Configure and maintain research database projects, ensuring metadata compliance, access permissions, and data integration standards across research sites.
-Manage and update existing datasets, validate data quality, and maintain version control to support ongoing research.
-Coordinate technical workflows between field acquisition teams, data center staff, and research collaborators to ensure seamless data transfer and integration.
-Support daily operations of servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data security.
-Implement backups, disaster recovery protocols, and compliance with FAIR/CARE principles.
-Develop automation tools and provide user support and training.

POSITION SUMMARY

* Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management
Event Coordination
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating all facility events and parties
* Ensure all party details are executed as planned and tracked: with detailed and organized files tracking party reservations, monies collected, waivers collected, food orders, party bags, etc. and that all details for parties are completed accurately and timely
* Communicate clearly and timely with Manager(s)-On-Duty (MOD), gym attendants and party hosts to ensure proper setup, coordination of activities, and cleanup for all parties
* Maintaining inventory of paper goods, balloons, helium, party bags, giveaways and order supplies as needed
* Adhere to party manual including party process, procedures and standard game/activity curriculum
* Ensure guest satisfaction and a high level of guest service by providing timely and clear communication with party host about all party details
* Distribute collateral materials (flyers, etc.) to cross promote all facility programs; maintain flyers in facility for parties, distribute to guests, program participants and cross market, as appropriate
* Support social marketing strategy to ensure optimal event promotion parties are promoted on local sites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Texas A&M AgriLife Research at Corpus Christi, is seeking a highly motived AssistantResearch Scientist-Assistant Agriculture Data Center Specialist to support the operation, development, and strategic growth of a state-of-the-art agricultural data center dedicated to advancing data-driven solutions in digital agriculture. Working closely with the Data Center Director and interdisciplinary teams, the Specialist will help manage infrastructure, develop analytics workflows, ensure data quality and interoperability, and support collaborative research that improves agricultural productivity, sustainability, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
-Support development of a web-based open data framework, contributing to both front-end and back-end components to enhance data accessibility and interoperability.

PURPOSE
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will conduct advanced research in salinity gradient (“blue energy”) harvesting and vibration-based energy harvesting, focusing on developing next-generation self-powered sensing technologies for structural, environmental, and infrastructure applications. The position supports research projects, prototype development, lab experiments, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Experimental Development: 60%
Design and conduct experiments on salinity gradient energy harvesting, including membrane-free systems, porous carbon electrodes, electrochemical performance testing, and long-term stability evaluation.
Develop vibration-based energy harvesting systems, including MEMS-based and macroscale variable-capacitor harvesters.
Fabricate, characterize, and test electrode materials, sensor components, and system prototypes.
Conduct electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry, and power density measurements.
Lead data acquisition, signal processing, and interpretation of experimental results.
Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure quality control in all experiments.
System Integration & Prototyping: 20%
Integrate energy harvesters with wireless sensor nodes for structural health monitoring (SHM) and environmental sensing applications.
Develop custom testbeds for vibration and salinity testing.
Assist in designing and assembling mechanical, electrical, and electrochemical components for prototype systems.
Support field deployment, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting of prototype devices.
Scholarly Output, Mentoring & Project Support: 20%
Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and present research at conferences.
Contribute to proposal writing for NSF, DOE, PHMSA, and other funding agencies.
Mentor graduate and undergraduate students involved in energy harvesting and sensing projects.
Collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and research sponsors to support project deliverables.
Assist with project documentation, reporting, and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field; Advanced ABD will be considered and degree must be conferred by time of appointment.
Experience in at least one (1) of the following: electrochemistry, porous materials, MEMS devices, vibration energy harvesting, structural health monitoring, or renewable energy systems.
Strong experimental skills in materials characterization, electrochemical analysis, or vibration testing.
Knowledge of energy harvesting principles, capacitor/variable-capacitor systems, or salinity gradient energy conversion.
Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment (potentiostats, impedance analyzers, vibration shakers, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise students and contribute to publications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with membrane-free salinity gradient systems, porous carbon materials, or electrode surface modification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain closed colony BPS rearing within a containment laboratory stetting
Oversee egg collection, larval tray seeding, and general insect husbandry practices.
Ensure strict adherence to containment protocol and biosecurity measures.
Monitor and record BPS quality control metrics for larvae and pupae at each
generation
Collect data to compare rearing progression timelines and evaluate the effectiveness of checkpoint systems against conventional rearing protocols

QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate in environmental toxicology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, biochemistry, animal science or other closely related fields
Relevant publication record
Experience with omics data analysis and animal husbandry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in animal exposure experiments, cell sorting, single cell sequencing, epigenetics, molecular biology, and omics skills are considered advantageous.
Research experience in toxicology and embryonic development.
