We are looking for an experienced molecular biologist, with comfort working in cell lines and measures of RNA and protein, including RT-qPCR and reporter assays. The role will be to help design and screen various ASOs targeting a variety of genes affiliated with autism and intellectual disability. We are looking for someone willing to deeply understand the project, function fairly independently yet efficiently to screen many ASOs with robust and reliable approaches. Comfort with mouse models is a plus, as we may screen eventually in mice.
