This position will assist in preparing grant applications and reports for research related purposes, and compiling information for the Annual Report. The position requires an adaptable and flexible team player. In addition, the ResearchAssistant is responsible for data entry, paperwork, and the maintenance of databases for multiple international research projects.
Required Skills
A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with clients.

Working closely with and under the supervision of the Project Manager and other study staff, provides support in the conduct of a NIHLBI funded Statin Therapy to Prevent Cancer Associated Venous Thromboembolism (STAT-CAT) in enrolling 4,000 participants across the US. We anticipate participants will be randomized over 8-10 sites throughout the US in a hospital or clinic setting where a physician or other qualified medical professional is present to evaluate the patient for inclusion and exclusion criteria. All trial follow-up will be conducted directly using electronic contact and/or call center telephone contact on a regular basis over the planned 12 month treatment period. After affirmation of participation into the trial, patients eligible for the treatment trial will have data registered into an electronic data system and will be randomized via a secure Internet Web-based Randomization System. Responsibilities include supplying participants with study drug in child-proof bottles via overnight shipping directly to addresses as confirmed by the subject, monthly follow-up calls to study participants to see how they are doing, have they been able to take the study pills, any side effects that they might have, any new medical conditions that have been diagnosed, new medications that they have started, and any other changes in their health.
Other responsibilities may include participating in operational staff meetings, webinars, and Investigator teleconference calls and/or meetings.
Qualifications
Assists with all aspects of a large and multi-faceted trial of statin therapy medication, vs placebo in patients who have been recently diagnosed with cancer or relapsed cancer who are initiating systemic cancer therapies, are not planned to receive anticoagulation Will require assisting with maintaining contact with the randomized subjects, as needed.
Responsible to select the correct study drug box identified by a study randomization number assigned by the secure IWRS system and ship overnight using FedEx for next day delivery. Follow up to ensure receipt of assigned study medication or placebo within 48 hours of the shipment.
Assist with inventory and acknowledge receipt of all study drug shipments and maintain accurate dispensing records.
Responds to study participants who need clarification of study protocol, methodology, and issues related to participation. Forwards calls to the appropriate staff, if unable to respond to the issue.
Documents interactions with study participants by completing and processing the appropriate forms and entering summary information into electronic participant files.
Shares responsibility for phone coverage to triage and respond to site queries, calls sites for missing forms or records, brings any issues or problems noted to supervisor for speedy resolution, and documents every phone conversation as appropriate.

· Self-motivated and demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills;
· Familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning toolkit, e.g., Pytorch, Tensorflow;
· Familiar with Python, C++ and OpenCV;
· Proven track record of publications in the top computer vision, machine learning and robotics venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, ICRA, IROS, RSS, TPAMI, IJCV, T-RO, and IJRR is a plus;
· Experience with 6D pose estimation, 3D visual perception, video understanding, efficient neural reconstruction, and embodied AI is a plus;
· Excellent communication skills and team-work spirit.

Full-Time Core Faculty Position, Clinical Psychology Department (Statistics & Research)
William James College announces an opening for a full-time Core Faculty position in the Doctoral Clinical Psychology Department beginning on August 4, 2026. Rank and salary are commensurate with experience and the benefits are highly competitive. The minimum starting salary for this academic position is $90,000 and is consistent with the department's salary equity considerations for incoming faculty.

Responsibilities:
Core faculty members are involved in teaching, advising, and research supervision, as well as contributing through committee work and scholarly productivity. We are seeking applicants with demonstrated competence and enthusiasm for teaching Statistics and Research Methods at the doctoral level. Expertise in areas such as research design, quantitative and/or qualitative analysis, and applied data interpretation in clinical psychology is highly desirable.We are especially interested in candidates with a strong appreciation for and commitment to WJC's core values of experiential education, social responsibility, and personal growth.The successful candidate will teach courses such as Statistics and Research Methods and will also supervise student research and dissertations aligned with their area of expertise.
In addition to the above criteria, candidates qualified to teach one or more of the following courses are preferred:
Leadership and Management of Systems
. This course prepares students to lead and function well within the policies and systems that determine the professional roles and effectiveness of clinical psychologists.
Program Development and Evaluation.
This course trains students to design and develop, manage, and objectively evaluate clinical treatment and other psychologically-informed programs.
Advanced Clinical Practice.
This course guides students in developing advanced skills in conceptualizing cases and creating treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.
The successful candidate may also teach generalist foundational courses in the Clinical Psy.D. program.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology, have completed an APA-accredited internship, have teaching experience, preferably be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts, and maintain some involvement in clinical practice or consultation. A demonstrated record of scholarly work defined broadly (e.g., community engagement, educational leadership, innovation, investigation, and research) is preferred. . Successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable educational and workplace environment, and must be willing to contribute to the core values of the college. Candidates must be available to teach in-person classes and participate in on-campus activities. The department welcomes applications from individuals who may have had nontraditional career paths, or who may have taken time off for family reasons, or who have achieved excellence in careers outside of academia.
