Project MARCH (Multisite Advancement of Research on Chronic Posttraumatic Headache): Posttraumatic Headache is a growing and disabling problem. There are no available guidelines for treating posttraumatic headache, and there is extraordinary variability in treatment practices as a result.
Aim: Determine the efficacy of Clinic-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CCBT; using our manualized intervention) and Telemedicine-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TCBT; using our manualized intervention) for posttraumatic headache (PTH) compared to treatment as usual (TAU) across seven geographically dispersed treatment sites.
