Current projects within Public Engagement Research Program include:

The candidate is expected to play an integral role in establishing a new gene essentiality profiling platform that integrates CRISPR/Cas9-based screening with a novel bioreactor-based platform to identify genetic dependencies in cancer cells growing under controlled conditions that more closely simulate those in the body. How will your days be spent
* Prepare presentation materials (conceptual drawings, 3D renderings + visualization, digital 3D + physical models)
* Develop and modify design + technical solutions throughout all phases of a project.

Experience:

Software:
* Proficiency in Rhino or SketchUp + 3D rendering software required.
* Beginner Revit knowledge required; have at least one year recent Revit experience in an academic or professional setting. Understands how Revit works but may not have completed a project from start to finish. Has made edits to existing drawings, models, etc. Intermediate Revit knowledge preferred.
* Experience with real time rendering engines (Enscape, Twin Motion) to generate still animations + renderings, Augmented Reality (AR) + Virtual Reality (VR), visual scripting programs (Grasshopper + Dynamo), Adobe Creative Suite, + AutoCAD preferred.
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture required. NAAB accredited professional degree or Master's degree in architecture preferred.
* Sustainability accreditation preferred.
