Successful candidate will also participate in translational efforts in this area. The fellow will lead independent and collaborative research at the intersection of pedagogy and STEM education, with a focus on Flipped Classroom models, student learning outcomes, and effective faculty teaching practices. Responsibilities: The selected Postdoctoral Fellow will drive the research agenda, taking the lead on data collection, analysis, conducting on-site interviews across multiple institutions, and dissemination. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research & Publication Leadership: Lead the preparation of manuscripts, publications, and conference presentations, with full support from the research team for submission and peer review.
