Who you are:
As a Loan Research Specialist I with Frost,
you
are our quality control. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling, monitoring, researching, and clearing items from various general ledger and clearing accounts. You will use your investigate skills and observant mindset to process payments and advances, make corrections, and update information to the appropriate loan system. You enjoy interacting with customers and will play a key role in addressing issues and questions involving loan systems both internally and externally. More than that, this role is about ensuring a seamless loan systems experience and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you'll do:
Prepare a recalculation spreadsheet to correct loans on the Commercial and Installment Loan Systems
Review transactions for accuracy and notify appropriate personnel of any errors found
Retrieve and review reports daily to compare loan transactions and adjustments to the systems daily activities
Process payments, advances, maintenance, terminations, charge-offs and non-accruals
Provide assistance to internal and external customers with issues and questions involving loan systems, transactions, and other miscellaneous items having to do with loans and leases
Correct discrepancies found
May prepare various monthly reports for upper management
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Perform initial medical screening of patients including history, distance and near visual acuity with and without correction or pinhole, pupillary light reflex, and application tonometry; assist with all aspects of patient care.

Establish a sterile field and assists with minor surgical procedures including PRK and LASIK and other refractive surgical procedures.
Perform ophthalmic studies including auto refraction, keratometry, tonometry, visual field testing, pachymetry, specular microscopy, ophthalmic photography, potential acuity, brightness acuity, and other studies.
Use and maintain an autorefractor, phoropter, auto and manual keratometer, tonopen, Humphrey and Goldman visual field machines, corneal topographer, A-scan machine, pachymeter, specular microscope, ophthalmic photography equipment, slit lamp, potential acuity meter, brightness acuity test, color vision plates, stereo vision test, and personal computers.
Assist, educate, and train PRK staff, Ophthalmology Clinic residents, and other technicians in day-to-day clinic activities including organizing and maintaining exam room stocks.
Assist with clinical training activities to include laser certification wet labs, optometrist co-manager certification courses, and resident educational activities.
Perform Excimer laser responsibilities to include equipment and instrument inventory and upkeep.
Assist with clinical research protocols to include consenting subjects, assisting with completion of required study documentation, verification and auditing of study documents, data extraction, and handling of animals in research.
Be able to quickly learn new and unfamiliar technology, test equipment, and procedures being trialed for the Warfighter Refractive Surgery Program.

The Role:
Performs observations of laboratory non -human primates in single and group housing and provides husbandry care
Reviews clinical history, and performs a basic health check.
Triages and aids in the treatment of animals with wounds and other clinical conditions under the direction of a Veterinarian.
Uses appropriate standard husbandry procedures to clean and sanitize animal areas.
Prepares, induces, maintains, recovers, and documents anesthesia events to include IV catheterization and intubation.
Collects, labels, and distributes biological specimens and tissues from non-human primates.

Prepares non-human primates for pathologic evaluation and may assist with necropsy.
Maintains written documentation and subsequent data entry into the record database.
Our Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma

Valid driver's license

Position Summary
The position will require a minimum of 40+ hours per week during our peak season. New Field Biologists will be provided on-the-job training for the needed skills and continuing education opportunities.

Additional practices may include aquatic applications, water quality enhancement, aeration, etc. Field Biologists engage in thorough data entry and processing, providing detailed information on aquatic management. This role will analyze customers' needs and provide technical support for products sold, as well as engage in problem solving by working with industry partners and developing solutions for customer projects and requests. This role may also be responsible for seasonal installation and removal of pond aeration equipment, as well as maintenance of fleet vehicles and application equipment.
Essential Duties
This position will focus heavily on Commercial Aquatic Applications within our pond management department.
Develop and initiate management plans for clients.
Assessment of clients' lake and/or pond with the ability to initiate the appropriate management protocol.
Water and sediment sampling.
Aquatic plant management and identification.
Installation of aeration systems, and decorative fountains.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or higher in Biology, Water Resources, Fisheries related course study, or equivalent work experience.
Must be well organized, highly motivated, and willing to work well with a team of professionals.
Possess a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive combination truck/trailer non-CDL capacity and operate motor vehicles for periods of time.
Special Conditions of Employment
Need to obtain an Applicators License within 30 days of employment. We will provide training materials to the successful applicant.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs.
Bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder.
Ability to work extended hours in all weather conditions.
Ability to work out of small boats and be a strong swimmer.
