Analyze genotyping datasets using advanced Excel, R, and/or Python; diagnose data-quality issues and deliver clear stakeholder reports with final QAQC sign-off support. Lead GBS platform operations and improvement (high-throughput sequencing, library prep/indexing, pipeline optimization) while driving digital transformation via LIMS implementation, training, and reference genotype database development.
