The Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) plays a critical role in clinical research by supporting the Principal Investigator (PI) in conducting clinical trials. Reinforces study restrictions, diets, and study guidelines. Reviews and provides insight into impending CRFs, electronic CRFs, data clarification forms, and/or data queries. Reviews source documents, lab results, and procedures throughout the study. Assesses adverse events and drug reactions, thoroughly recording details, including the relationship to the study drug. Assists in reporting any serious adverse events (SAEs) to the PI. Participates in monthly staff meetings. Reads and understands the information in the Investigator's Brochure (IB), including the potential risks and side effects of the drug. Performs Clinical Research Coordinator duties. This primary function of this position will be to participate in data collection efforts for research projects focused on the conservation and management of the queen conch (Aliger gigas). These activities include conducting fishery-independent surveys, population assessments, collecting tissues for genomic connectivity, and entering and managing datasets compiled during these activities. Job DescriptionSalary: for SPRING 2026. Our company has provided university internships for credit in the past. Student will need to provide management with all necessary enrollment forms for credit. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Crop measurements and assessments Sample collection Sample shipment Trial applications, including calibration of equipment and application parameters Irrigating Fertilizing Operating various farm equipment Job requirements: Valid drivers license Proof of eligibility to work in the US (Social Security or a permanent resident card) Vehicle or reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50 lbs Physically able to perform regular farm activities Clean driving record (i.e. no DUIs or serious speeding tickets) Preferred skills: Experience with a variety of crops Farm experience (comfortable with driving a tractor and operating various implements) 40 hours/week. $14+/hr (dependent on experience). Overtime and weekends are possible. This is a full-time summer position, but qualified candidates may be able to start sooner with good weekday availability during the semester. The job can continue into the fall, dependent on company needs and student availability. This is primarily an outdoor position. Applicant should be comfortable working outside in summer temperatures. The employer will provide water, Gatorade, and shade.
