The primary functions of this position are conducting laboratory experiments and analysis in support of molecular toxicology studies. Responsibilities: • The candidate must be able to multi-task and collaborate successfully across other groups within R&D to identify optimal screening assays for early detection of toxicity liabilities. • Support Preclinical Safety Toxicologists and Pathologists with key in vitro platforms for investigating molecular mechanisms of toxicity and enabling optimal selection of drug candidates. • Develop/characterize 2D in vitro platforms, focused on toxicology. • Conduct routine in vitro screening assays for early drug candidates. • Produce/coordinate/present key data as needed. • Analyze and interpret relevant molecular toxicology data in a timely manner and communicate data and interpretation to project stakeholders.
