GBA is comprised of three laboratory operation unit: Small Molecules, Proteins, and Oligonucleotides, and each unit has their own Method Development/Method Validation/Sample Analysis (MD/MV/SA) group. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in QPS' continued expansion of our bioanalytical capabilities to support drug development of small molecules, antibody drug conjugate, protein, and genetic medicines. The GBA department expertise lies in the quantitation of small molecules, peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, and biomarkers by various chromatographic (standard flow LC, microflow LC, SFC) couple to tandem mass spectrometric (MS/MS, MS/HRMS, hybrid/immunocapture mass spec) techniques. We have been pivotal in supporting most of the HIV drugs, most of the HBV/HCV drugs, 2 of the 15 ADCs, and 7 of the 24 oligonucleotides therapeutics approved by FDA/EMA. Our MD/MV staff has considerable experience with conventional matrices (plasma, serum, whole-blood, urine, feces), as well as various animal and human tissues. As a professional in these groups, you will work with our clients to identify assay requirements and intended use, and then to develop assays using the most appropriate technology platform. This position in the SA groups will serve as Principal Investigator (PI) on Bioanalytical studies and be responsible for study management, interpretation and reporting of study data, and in concert with team members and peers, will participate in method validation when needed. The Job Independently manage one or more method development/validation studies OR multiple sample analysis projects at the same time with minimum supervision. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Obtain 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or resiliency, with demonstrated exceptional organizational skills to plan, design, and coordinate the development of offensive security testing, assessments, or simulation exercises * Track record of discovered vulnerabilities (CVEs) in high-profile targets in at least one of the following environments: operating systems, mobile devices, web applications, browsers. * Proven hands-on experience in vulnerability research and PoC/exploit development, reporting, and mitigating security vulnerabilities in open-source projects. * Expertise in advanced analysis frameworks leveraging symbolic execution techniques and dynamic binary instrumentation to uncover, triage, and exploit complex software vulnerabilities. * Hands-on proficiency exploiting complex vulnerability classes - including user-after-free, double free, type confusion - and applying advanced exploitation techniques such as heap spraying and controlled memory corruption to achieve reliable code execution. * Strong understanding of at least two operating systems internals throughout user mode and kernel mode (Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, Android, MacOS, or iOS). * Experience auditing large C/C++, Java, and .Net codebases combining automated static analyzers with manual review to trace data and control flow, uncover memory-safety, injection, and deserialization vulnerabilities and produce proof-of-concept code. * Extensive reverse engineering expertise on x86/x64 and ARM/ARM64 binaries, employing IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, WinDbg, GDB, and RR for deep static/dynamic analysis and root cause vulnerability discovery. * Knowledge of US financial services sector cybersecurity or resiliency organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, regulations, threats, risks, and incident response methodologies * Ability to identify systemic security or resiliency issues as they relate to threats, vulnerabilities, or risks, with a focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation, and proficiency in multiple security assessment methodologies (e.g., Open Worldwide Application Security Project (OWASP) Top Ten, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework), offensive testing tools, or resiliency testing equivalents * Excellent communication, collaboration, and report writing skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various functions and levels Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Bachelor's degree in computer science, or PhD in a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related field. * 5+ years of experience in exploit research and development. * Experience using Fuzzing tools such as LibFuzzer, LibAFL, AFL++, OSS-Fuzz, Syzkaller and program analysis tools such as LLVM, Angr, KLEE, Intel Pin, DynamoRIO, and Frida. * Experience emulating embedded platforms for live debugging. * Kernel and low-level OS development. * Deep Linux internals knowledge (SELinux, AppArmor, Seccomp, eBPF, containers, VMs). * Deep Windows internals knowledge (KASLR, DSE, SSDT, IDT, SMEP, SMAP, PXN, KPP, KDP, VBS, HVCI, KMCI, UMCI).

The Biobank and Molecular Analysis Program (BMAP) at Nemours Children's Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Technologist to perform a primary specimen processing and shipping role in the CAP accredited program. This individual will work under the supervision of senior laboratory staff and performs some assignments independently as discussed and approved by senior lab staff. This individual will conduct routine specimen processing, data entry, and shipping, focusing on projects in support of Hematology/Oncology studies, including blood fractionation, mononuclear cell extraction, and tissue culture. Additional responsibilities include assisting in processing clinical trial specimens, monitoring reagents and supplies, as well as assisting senior laboratory staff in the processing of core facility specimens and specialized instrumentation. Maintains both handwritten and computerized records of work performed. Assists in implementation of new laboratory protocols and processes, and maintenance of lab equipment. Performs basic safety functions in the lab, including testing of equipment. Performs basic data analysis; prepares tables/charts/graphs and assists in organizing data. Participates at research laboratory meetings. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related degree required * A minimum of 1-3 years working in a biomedical clinical or research laboratory Primary Responsibilities: * Responsible for processing and shipping of various biological specimens (blood and body fluid, tissue, bone marrow, etc) and utilizing databases for specimen tracking, following laboratory protocols and SOP's. * Assists in maintaining the laboratory environment, reagents, equipment, and function, at a level consistent with CAP guidelines. * Function independently as assigned and assists in resolving issues in coordination with senior lab staff/PI. * Carry out simple laboratory tests/cultures and research experiments. * Gather measurements and records data under close supervision. * Support research operations by cleaning and maintaining equipment.
